Delegate Registration

Chapter Delegates

Conference delegate registration is submitted by the Chapter's President. Instructions are provided in a separate communication.

A Chapter's invoice must be paid in full before that Chapter's delegate submission will be approved in the conference registration system.

Neophyte Registration

Spring & Fall 2026 Neophytes

Enter promo code NEO-2026-FS during registration for free Neophyte admission. Your Cluster Dean will provide full registration instructions (download here).

Each neophyte must access the conference agenda in the registration system to register for Neophyte Training. Attendance for the full session is required.

Neophyte status will be confirmed in AlphaMX.

Protocol & Etiquette

Alpha Attire

Alpha attire is required all day Saturday, November 21, and must be worn to the Miss Old Gold and Black Scholarship Pageant.

Alpha attire shall be defined as: a dark suit; a long-sleeve dress shirt; a conservative tie, preferably black, gold, or combination thereof; dark socks; and black dress shoes.
